If stress, restless nights or everyday aches are on your mind, know this first: the research does not show that this gummy fixes them. Research on CBD suggests potential benefits for anxiety, depression and chronic pain, though the evidence varies in quality and strength. The one study described in detail gave CBD to 18 healthy adults and looked at drug interactions, not sleep, stress or pain, so it does not test this gummy for those worries. Calm Nature CBD Gummies is a dietary supplement that its maker markets for stress and anxiety, sleep, pain and focus. Each gummy has 10 mg of CBD, and a 300 mg bottle holds 30. Before you buy, ask for the batch’s third-party lab report (certificate of analysis) and look for the THC and CBD amounts it lists.

The December 11 hemp deadline and CBD gummies
A federal hemp limit could change what a CBD gummy bottle is allowed to be. Public Law 119-37, section 781, was signed November 12, 2025. It sets the hemp definition at a total THC limit, including THCA, of 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. It also excludes from hemp final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing more than 0.4 milligrams per container of combined total THC, including THCA, and other cannabinoids with similar effects, according to the Congressional Research Service legal sidebar.
The date has already moved once. Vicente LLP reports that H.R. 6500 moved the THC standard and the 0.4 mg limit from November 12 to December 11, 2026. PBS NewsHour reports that a short-term funding bill made the same change to give Congress more time. This page treats December 11, 2026 as the working date, because that is the law on the books until it changes.
The limit applies to the whole container, not to each gummy. The Congressional Research Service In Focus defines a container as the innermost packaging in direct contact with the final product for retail sale, so the 0.4 milligram limit is measured against the whole bottle.
A separate date applies to some cannabinoids. Vicente LLP reports that the federal prohibition on intermediate and final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced by a Cannabis sativa L. plant still takes effect November 12, 2026. For a product-specific answer, ask the seller for a current batch certificate of analysis and consult a qualified professional.
Brands facing the cap can reformulate to fit it, move into licensed state channels, or pause or wind down, according to Vicente LLP. That means a product sold today can change or leave the market. PBS NewsHour also reports that the 0.4 milligram cap is low enough to reach some non-impairing CBD products.
Where a bottle stands depends on the relevant cannabinoid amounts for the whole container. Review the current batch certificate of analysis for total THC, including THCA, and any other cannabinoids with similar effects; the 0.4 mg per-container limit is not a per-gummy limit. Wording such as “full spectrum” or “THC free” on a sales page does not settle it. SAMHSA’s advisory on CBD says most of these products may contain other cannabinoids, including delta-9 THC, so the certificate is the number to read.
Federal rules on CBD go beyond THC. The FDA’s consumer guidance says it is currently illegal to market CBD by adding it to a food or labeling it as a dietary supplement. In April 2026 the agency announced a narrow enforcement policy for some oral hemp-derived CBD products, but the law firm Haynes Boone reports that it applies only to products provided to Medicare patients at the direction of a treating physician. These rules concern how products are marketed and sold, so it is worth looking closely at how a gummy sold online is labeled and who stands behind it.
Congress could still act. H.R. 9830, the Lawful Hemp Protection Act, introduced July 22, 2026, would repeal section 781 and set FDA oversight with milligram limits. It is an introduced bill, not law.
The Congressional Research Service description is written around the product and its container. For what applies to a bottle you hold after December 11, ask the seller or a qualified professional.
Vicente LLP lists these state dates: Ohio’s per-container limit took effect March 20, 2026; New Jersey’s took effect January 13, 2026 for products other than beverages; Illinois is aligned to November 12, 2026; and Rhode Island adopts the federal definition December 11, 2026 with no transition period. State dates differ, so check your own state’s rules or ask the seller or a qualified professional what applies where you live.
If you are looking at a monthly or auto-ship order, give the billing terms a close read. Check what happens to shipments after December 11, and read any return window against that date. Shipping time counts too, so allow for it.
Status as of November 2, 2026: December 11, 2026 is the date in the law as written, and no change to it has taken effect. If you want a CBD gummy this limit could reach, plan to order before December 11, 2026. Sellers facing the cap may reformulate, pause or wind down, so check current availability and shipping time first.
What is Calm Nature CBD Gummies, and who is it for?
Calm Nature CBD Gummies is a gummy sold as a dietary supplement. The bottle label reads “300MG,” “30 Gummies,” “10 MG Per Gummy” and “Organic Hemp Extract.” The sales page calls it “THE MOST POWERFUL CBD FULL SPECTRUM GUMMIES” and aims it at people dealing with stress, sleep trouble, chronic aches or a need for focus and clarity. The page also says “No Prescription Required.”
What does the seller say it does, and how?
The seller’s sales page lists four benefits in its own words: “Reduces Pain & Chronic Aches,” “Relieves Anxiety & Stress,” “Enhances Focus & Clarity” and “Promotes Healthy Sleep.” It also lists “Healthy Inflammatory Response” and says the product is “Safe, Non-Habit Forming, Effective and 100% Legal!”
The sales page describes the mechanism as working with the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which it says “regulates everything from relaxation to eating, sleeping, inflammation and even cognitive function.” For the basic science, the Cannabis Clinicians drug interaction article explains that CBD does not bind directly to the receptors. Instead, it inhibits enzymes that break down endocannabinoids already circulating in the body.
The sales page also uses the phrases “medically proven” and “over 20,000 clinical studies.” It does not name those studies, so treat that wording as the seller’s claim until you can see the studies yourself.
What is in each gummy?
| Item | What the label or sales page shows |
|---|---|
| Product | Calm Nature CBD Gummies, 300MG bottle (label) |
| CBD per gummy | 10 MG (label) |
| Gummies per bottle | 30 (label) |
| Source | Organic hemp extract (label) |
| Spectrum | “Includes Full Spectrum Cannabinoids” and “THC FREE” (sales page) |
| Extraction | “Advanced CO2 Extraction Technology” and “Cold-Pressed & Unrefined” (sales page) |
| THC removal | “Triple Filtration Technology for THC Removal” (sales page) |
The sales page uses both “THC FREE” and “Full Spectrum,” and it describes a filtration step for removing THC. A third-party lab report, also called a certificate of analysis (COA), lists what was measured in a specific batch.
What does the research say about CBD for sleep, stress and pain?
Eir Health’s CBD guide puts the wider research this way: beyond epilepsy, “research suggests potential benefits for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and inflammatory conditions, though evidence varies in quality and strength.” The one study Eir describes in detail is a 2023 study of 18 healthy adults. Each received either 640 mg of CBD with 20 mg of THC, or 20 mg of THC alone, followed by test drugs for different liver enzymes. Eir reports that the study found “CBD-dominant extracts can significantly affect drug metabolism.” That study looked at drug interactions, not sleep, stress or pain.
For a study-by-study view of CBD and these outcomes, read CBD benefits evidence (our research library). The sleep and stress research is also summarized in the CBD gummies for sleep and anxiety guide, and the gap between a small study and a product claim is covered in cbd gummies and anxiety claims.
On pain, the sales page says that “In just days, the cannabinoids in CBD will tune your entire endocannabinoid system.” If timing matters to you, look for a named study behind it before you rely on it.
Where can I buy Calm Nature CBD Gummies, and what does it cost?
You order through the seller’s own sales page. Use the Product Page to reach the order form. The seller’s order terms list these prices:
| Package (seller’s label) | Price per bottle | Package total | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottle package | $64.99 | $129.99 | +$0.00 S&H |
| 4 bottle package | $47.49 | $189.99 | + free S&H |
| 6 bottle package | $39.99 | $239.99 | + free S&H |
The terms say “All product purchases made from this website are required to be paid in full.” They say the product ships within 24 hours and arrives within 5-7 business days. If it does not arrive in that time, the terms say to contact customer service.
Clicking “ORDER NOW” also means you agree to receive recurring text messages, up to 9 a month. The terms say “Text STOP to cancel and HELP for help,” and that message and data rates may apply.
The terms also say the seller may withdraw a discount or revise prices before it accepts your order, and that the price it notifies you of at acceptance is the one that applies. The sales page says its discount is “valid until November 2, 2026” and shows “Hurry: ONLY 110 Bottles Left In Stock.” Check the total at checkout before you pay.
What are the refund, return and cancellation terms?
| Term | What the seller’s terms say |
|---|---|
| Refund window | “Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from purchase date.” |
| How to ask | Call Customer Service at (877) 762-8258 “before any arrangements will be made to issue a refund.” |
| Return | You must agree to send back the product you received to get a full refund. |
| Damaged in transit | Notify the seller within 5 working days of receipt. |
| Defective product | Notify the seller in writing within 30 days of receipt. |
| Medical condition or pregnancy | Refund requests “will not be accepted” if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have reason to believe you may become pregnant in the next 60 days. |
The sales page says you get “a full 3 months to try Calm Nature CBD Gummies out without risking a dime.” The refund terms give 60 days from purchase, so plan around the 60-day window and keep your order confirmation with the purchase date. The same kind of question about return rules is covered in cbd product return policies.
For payment or return questions, call customer service at (877) 762-8258, 9am to 9pm EST, Monday to Saturday. To stop the seller’s text messages, the terms say to reply “STOP,” “END” or “QUIT” to a text you received. To remove your information from the seller’s list, the terms say to email care@calmnaturecbd.com.
The terms also set out how disputes are handled. Disputes go to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, “in the county where you live,” and you waive the right to a jury trial and to join a class action.
What are the side effects, and how safe is CBD?
| Source | What it reports |
|---|---|
| Eir Health’s CBD guide | Most common side effects include concentration and memory impairment, sedation and fatigue, gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and nausea, and changes in appetite and weight. |
| Eir Health’s CBD guide | Side effects were more common in cannabis-naive users and older individuals. |
| Eir Health’s CBD guide | Summarizes 2024 studies as finding CBD generally well tolerated at doses up to 6000 mg, with no serious adverse effects. |
| 2025 case report in Toxicology Reports (PubMed) | A 26-year-old man ate a small amount of CBD gummies (40 mg) and developed a heart rate rise from 80 to 165, complete right bundle branch block and lactic acidosis. Symptoms resolved with supportive care, including intravenous fluids, and his heart conduction returned to normal within a week. |
| Sales page | Lists “NO SIDE EFFECTS” as a feature. |
The 2025 case report in Toxicology Reports describes one person, a 26-year-old man in Japan. It is a single case, but it shows that serious heart effects are possible after gummy ingestion. For the mood side of this question, see can cbd gummies cause depression.
Which medicines interact with CBD, and can I take it with Wellbutrin?
CBD can change how the liver breaks down other medicines. The Well by Northwell’s drug interaction guide explains that most interactions trace back to the liver’s cytochrome P450 enzymes, and that a shift in breakdown can leave you with too much or too little of a drug. The guide names these groups:
- Blood thinners such as warfarin. The guide says warfarin interacts with both THC and CBD, and that the dose needs to stay consistent with blood levels a doctor monitors.
- Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medicines, including SSRIs and benzodiazepines.
- Anti-seizure drugs such as clobazam and valproate.
- Statins and other cholesterol medicines.
- Heart rhythm medicines.
- Some chemotherapy agents.
Eir Health’s guide also lists proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole, beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers. Eir says clinically significant interactions are more likely with CBD doses above 300 mg daily. The bottle’s 300 mg is the total for all 30 gummies, not a daily amount, so ask your pharmacist how the amount you would take each day compares. The Penn State College of Medicine maintains a list of 57 narrow therapeutic index medicines that need close monitoring with cannabinoids.
The sources above do not name bupropion (Wellbutrin) specifically, but they do list antidepressants as a group that may interact with CBD. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber before combining them. For the timing side of this question, read cbd timing and enzyme interactions.
Will Calm Nature CBD Gummies show up on a drug test?
The THC in your batch is what matters here, and only the batch lab report can show it. Eir Health’s guide reports market-wide figures: 21% of commercial CBD products contained detectable THC levels, and 69% were mislabeled, with 43% containing less CBD than claimed and 26% containing more. Those figures are about the market, not this brand. If a drug test is part of your life, talk to whoever runs it before you rely on any product.
Who should avoid CBD gummies?
The seller’s terms say: “Persons with a medical condition, who are pregnant, or have reason to believe they may become pregnant in the next 60 days should not order this product.” The terms add that you “must consult a physician prior to placing an order if you are unsure about whether you can take this product.” The sales page says the gummies are not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with your physician. Eir Health’s guide advises discussing CBD with your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you take other medications.
Is Calm Nature CBD Gummies legit or a scam?
You can check the seller’s side yourself. The seller is named as Calm Nature CBD Gummies, the terms list a toll-free customer service line at (877) 762-8258, open 9am to 9pm EST, Monday to Saturday, and the refund and dispute terms are written out in full. Before you pay, call that number and confirm the refund steps and the window.
The sales page says “The statements made on our websites have not been evaluated by the FDA (U.S. Food & Drug Administration),” and that its products are not meant to diagnose or prevent disease. Those are the seller’s own statements, and they appear on the page you will read before you order.
For a check that goes beyond the seller, ask for a third-party lab report for the batch you would receive. That document shows what the bottle contains. Keep the order confirmation and the refund terms in your notes.
Do buyers complain? What the reviews on the sales page say
The sales page shows six testimonials. Five are positive. One is a one-star review from a buyer who expected CBD to get them high and says it did not. Another reviewer says the gummies replaced prescription painkillers for them. The page’s footer says “The testimonials on this website are individual cases and do not guarantee that you will get the same results,” and that “Individuals are remunerated.” Talk to your prescriber before you change any prescription, including painkillers.
For buyer complaints from outside the seller’s own page, search the brand name with the word “complaints” on consumer sites you trust, and compare what you find with the refund steps above.
How does Calm Nature compare with other CBD gummies?
The sales page includes its own comparison table, which sets Calm Nature against “Other Product” and a “Pharmacy pill.” The table is the seller’s, so read its marks as the seller’s own comparison.
| Feature (seller’s table) | Calm Nature CBD Gummies | Other product | Pharmacy pill |
|---|---|---|---|
| All Natural | YES | NO | NO |
| Allergic Safety | YES | YES | YES |
| Helps With Chronic Aches | YES | NO | NO |
| Promotes Better Sleep | YES | YES | NO |
| Enhances Your Mood | YES | YES | NO |
| Helps Quit Smoking Addiction | YES | NO | NO |
| Available without a prescription | YES | YES | NO |
The seller’s table also has a price row. It lists “FROM $60.00” for Calm Nature and “$55+” for one of the other columns. Check the price at checkout before you compare.
For a different gummy on your list, read golden touch fusion cbd gummies reviews alongside this page, and line up the CBD per gummy, the lab report and the refund window side by side. If you are weighing options beyond gummies, a clinician can look at the cause of stress, sleep trouble or aches with you.
Before you order
- Get the full ingredient list and a third-party lab report for your batch, and look for the THC amount in it.
- Plan around the 60-day refund window in the terms, not the “3 months” wording on the sales page.
- Check the total at checkout, and remember the recurring text messages you agree to when you click “ORDER NOW.”
- Ask your pharmacist or prescriber about any medicine you take, including Wellbutrin, before you start.
- Ask the seller which studies stand behind “medically proven” and “over 20,000 clinical studies.”
